Reem Hills is a huge mixed-use residential development on Al Reem Island by Q Properties which is a subsidiary of Q Holding. The first phases of the development was launched in 2022, and offers three-bedroom townhouses, four-bedroom twin villas and 4–7 bedroom standalone villas. The total saleable area of the residences range from a compact 2,377 sq. ft to a very generous 17,435 sq. ft, whereas the minimum plot sizes are between 2,120 sq. ft–20,082 sq. ft. The premium properties have two design types called Minimal and Chic, and will be equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living environment.
